These terms apply when you use nafco.in or buy from Sri Lakshmi Agro (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Refund policy, Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

1. Who we are

2. Using this website

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Keep your account login private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Do not misuse the website, for example by attempting fraud, interfering with its security, or copying its content in bulk.

3. Products, photos and growing advice

Product photos show real products. Live plants are natural products, so each plant will differ a little in size, shape and colour from the photo.
Sizes, weights and measurements are approximate.
Care guides, sowing seasons and growing tips are general guidance. Results depend on climate, season, soil, water and care, so we cannot guarantee germination, growth, flowering or yield.

4. Fertilisers and pest-control products

Read and follow the label before use. Store these products away from children, pets and food, and use protective gear where the label asks for it. We are not responsible for harm caused by use that does not follow the label.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
If a product is listed at a wrong price or with a wrong description, we may correct it. If your order was placed at a wrong price, we will contact you so that you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
The payment options available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect them.
Please give a complete address and a phone number that is reachable. For live plants, please receive the parcel promptly and unpack it the same day.
Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to you on delivery.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

See our Refund policy. In short: tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, and we will replace or refund it.

9. Reviews and photos you send us

If you post a review or send us photos of your plants and garden, you allow us to show them on our website and social media. We will not publish your contact details.

10. Our content

The text, photos, care guides, logos and designs on this website belong to Sri Lakshmi Agro or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of crop or income. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, as set out in the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown when you placed it.
