How to grow

1. Soak & sow – Soak seeds 24 hours; sow 1–2 cm deep. Slow – 2 to 3 weeks to sprout.
2. Grow on – Keep the young plants a full year; let the ferny growth feed the roots.
3. Plant the crowns – Move to a deep bed or 24 inch bag, 30–45 cm apart.
4. Harvest spears – From year 2, cut spears at 15–20 cm for a few weeks each season.
