Coriander Microgreen Seeds (Kothamalli)

Coriander microgreens are fresh and citrusy, and they're ready to harvest in 16–21 days. Grow them indoors on a windowsill or balcony – no soil needed, just a tray, a moist mat and water.

How to use

1. Crack the seeds lightly and soak 8–12 h, then drain. Spread the seeds evenly on a moist coir mat or 1–2 cm of cocopeat in a tray with drain holes.
2. Cover and keep dark for 2–3 days; mist once or twice a day.
3. Uncover when the shoots stand up. Keep in bright light and water from below.
4. Harvest in 16–21 days: cut just above the mat with clean scissors, rinse and enjoy.
