How to use

1. Soak wheat seeds 8–12 hours, then drain.
2. Keep damp and covered 1–2 days until tiny roots show.
3. Spread thickly on moist cocopeat; water daily and keep in bright shade.
4. Cut at 15–18 cm, just above the roots, in 7–10 days.
