How to grow

1. Soak overnight – Soak seeds in water for 12 hours to speed up sprouting.
2. Sow 0.5 cm deep – Be patient – parsley takes 2–4 weeks to sprout.
3. Thin out – Keep the strongest seedling in each pot.
4. Cut outer stalks – Harvest from the outside; the centre keeps growing.

Harvest tips

1. Cut outer stalks – Snip at the base, close to the soil.
2. Leave the centre – New stalks keep coming from the middle.
3. Take a third – Never more than a third of the plant at once.
