How to grow

1. Surface sow – Press the tiny seeds onto moist mix – don't cover, they need light.
2. Keep evenly moist – Mist gently; seedlings appear in 10–16 days.
3. Give it room – Plant in a wide pot or trough – mint spreads by runners.
4. Cut often – Cut stems above a leaf pair; it regrows quickly.

Harvest tips

1. Cut here – Snip stems just above a leaf pair.
2. Regrows fast – New shoots appear in 2–3 weeks.
3. Pick young leaves – The top leaves have the best flavour.
