Mustard Microgreen Seeds (Kadugu)

Mustard microgreens are spicy and sharp, and they're ready to harvest in 7–10 days. Grow them indoors on a windowsill or balcony – no soil needed, just a tray, a moist mat and water.

How to use

1. No soaking needed. Spread the seeds evenly on a moist coir mat or 1–2 cm of cocopeat in a tray with drain holes.
2. Cover and keep dark for 2–3 days; mist once or twice a day.
3. Uncover when the shoots stand up. Keep in bright light and water from below.
4. Harvest in 7–10 days: cut just above the mat with clean scissors, rinse and enjoy.
